Introduction to the use and maintenance of the sander belt

1. Do not work in a temperature environment or chemical environment that the conveyor belt of the sander is not suitable for. Do not use sander belts to transport unsuitable materials;

2. According to the characteristics of the conveyed material and the use environment, select the conveyor belt of suitable specifications, such as pattern type, number of layers of tape, temperature tolerance range, etc.;

3. Pay attention to the lubrication of the idler, but do not contaminate the conveyor belt with oil. Avoid the idler being covered by the material, causing the rotation failure to damage the conveyor belt;

4. Prevent the conveyor belt of the sander from starting under load, and ensure that there is no material residue on the conveyor belt when it is shut down;

5. Prevent the conveyor belt of the sander from deviating, and take measures to correct it in time;

6. When it is found that the conveyor belt of the sander is partially damaged, repair it in time to avoid the expansion of the damaged port;

7. Avoid the sander from being blocked by the frame and block materials, and prohibit sharp objects from scratching the surface of the conveyor belt;

8. Adjust the tension force in time to avoid unnecessary material stretching of the belt body caused by slack;

9. The surface stains on the conveyor belt of the sander can be cleaned with neutral washing powder, or wiped with alcohol. The use of pure benzene chemicals is strictly prohibited.
