2. Through the interpolation software or interpolation operator of the CNC device of the CNC woodworking lathe, the required trajectory is fitted with the equivalent polyline of the moving unit, and the fitting polyline close to the theoretical trajectory is found.

3. The CNC device on the woodworking lathe continuously assigns a feed pulse to the corresponding axis according to the trajectory of the fitted polyline, and the axis of the CNC lathe is driven by servo to move in accordance with the assigned pulse.

It can be seen that as long as the amount of movement of the CNC woodworking lathe is small enough, the fitting polyline used can be equivalent to the theoretical curve. As long as the pulse distribution method of the axis is changed, the shape of the fitting polyline can be changed, so as to achieve the purpose of changing the processing trajectory, as long as the frequency of the distribution pulse is changed, the speed of movement of the axis can be changed, thus realizing the fundamental purpose of CNC woodworking lathes to control the movement trajectory of the tool.
