China's First 9.1m BOPP Film Production Line Achieves Dual Breakthroughs in Zero Waste Film and High Production Capacity

        On December 29,2025, Guilin Grace Technology Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of Guilin Electric Apparatus Research Institute Co., Ltd., abbreviated as "Guilin Electric Apparatus Research Institute") successfully launched China's first 9.1-meter-wide BOPP biaxially oriented film production line. This milestone not only expanded domestic equipment width from 8.7 meters to 9.1 meters but also achieved dual breakthroughs in energy efficiency and productivity through "zero waste film" and "high production capacity". Automatic Four-Side Chamfering Machine


        This machine is designed for simultaneous chamfering of all four longitudinal edges on workpieces such as laminated wood, laminated paperboard, spacers, and wooden semi-finished products.


        The domestically developed 9.1-meter-wide BOPP production line represents a dual breakthrough in both technological advancement and environmental sustainability for film manufacturing. This innovation not only delivers core advantages of low consumption, high efficiency, and eco-friendliness, but also addresses persistent industry challenges during pilot production phases, including raw material waste and environmental clutter. The system achieves "zero waste film output" and leads domestic standards in material input efficiency, while demonstrating exceptional production line precision and operational stability. The resulting BOPP films exhibit superior mechanical and electrical properties, along with outstanding cold resistance, gas tightness, and dimensional stability.
